Adequate And Balanced Nutrition
It can be defined as the use of each of the nutritional elements necessary for the body, by consuming enough and at certain times and intervals, depending on the age, physical activity status and many special conditions of the individual.
When the nutrients are not consumed in sufficient amounts, that is, when the body is not receiving as much as it needs, the necessary energy production cannot be made, however, growth and repair activities cannot be performed sufficiently and this situation is defined as malnutrition. Consuming too much of the nutrients necessary for the body irregularly is also expressed as unbalanced nutrition. Inadequate and unbalanced nutrition can lead to the formation of many different complications in the body and subsequently to the end of life with serious health problems.
