Dairy Group
It is the group that includes milk, yogurt, cheese and milk-derived foods. It is recommended to consume at least 2 servings per day for all age groups. This is a very rich group in terms of protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B12. Recommended Portion Size :
- 200 ml of milk,
- 1 bowl of yogurt
- A two finger sized slice of cheese is considered 1 serving.
