FOREWORD
We ended our journey by preparing an armful of taste recipes with health, life, tolerance, being vegan in Europe, cultural values, Finland, Greece and Ireland, on the way we set out by saying, “Veganism is for some accountable reasons to refuse the consumption of animal-based foods and animal products.”
In this special taste tour, we have presented the green modules that we have created by doing many experiments in order to be vegan and to eat like a vegan. We got lost for you in the vegan world, which we thought of as a fig seed when we started. As a green leaf of the vegan tree; we came back with the knowledge that we can feed ourselves by loving and protecting our animal friends, that we can live without disturbing the balance of nature, that many foods that are not offered for consumption are delicious, that many alternatives can replace the foods we use abundantly in daily life, that the taste is hidden not only in the palate, but also in love, in the heart, and in surprise tricks. We have reached a kitchen recipe book, from soups to olive oil dishes, from pastries to cakes, from beverages to main courses, with little touches, without the cause of the tears and sadness of animals and without using meat, milk, eggs and honey. We wanted to share these recipes with our vegan and next generation vegan friends.
