Protein Group
Meat, chicken, eggs, meat derivatives, chickpeas, lentils, beans, soybeans and oil seeds are included in this group. These foodstuffs provide; Protein, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, B1, B6, B12 and vitamin A and legumes are also rich in fiber. Since 100% of egg protein can be used by the body, egg protein has been accepted as a sample protein. This group is recommended to be consumed 2 servings per day.
